Submitting an application does not guarantee inclusion in the affiliate program. If you do not hear from the program within a reasonable period of time, you will consider your application as being rejected.

This agreement does not create an exclusive relationship. You are free to work with similar affiliate program providers in any category, and Soli Deo Gloria Releasing is free to work with any individual, company, or organization it chooses.

Payments will be made by physical check, mailed within thirty days after the end of each calendar quarter. Before you can receive payment, you must submit a completed form W-9, in good form. Compensation under the program is 20% of the sum of (consumer sales price, minus a manufacturing allowance, the allowance not to exceed three dollars). No manufacturing allowance will be charged against digital sales. Rates are subject to change; however, Soli Deo Gloria will use reasonable best efforts to provide notice of any change, and the changes will not be retroactive.

You may log into your account to review reports related to your affiliation, such as payout reports and qualified purchase information. You understand that reports viewable by you in real time have not been reviewed for accuracy, and may be subject to change (including but not limited to returned disks) prior to payout.

The terms of this agreement begin when we accept you into the Affiliate Program, and can be terminated by either Party at any time, with or without cause. If the agreement is terminated, you will qualify to receive payouts earned prior to the date of termination.

You agree not to use the Affiliate Program for any unlawful purpose or for any of the following purposes: (a) to harass, abuse or threaten others or otherwise violate any person’s legal rights; (b) to violate any intellectual property rights; (c) to upload or otherwise disseminate any computer virus or malware, perpetrate any fraud, or create any unlawful gambling, sweepstakes or pyramid scheme; (e) to publish or distribute any obscene or defamatory material, or any material that incites violence, hate, or discrimination towards any group; (f) to unlawfully gather information about others.

You are strictly prohibited from using the Affiliate Program for illegal spam activities, including gathering email addresses and personal information from others or sending any mass commercial emails.

Through your participation in the Affiliate Program, you agree that California law shall govern any matter or dispute relating to or arising out of this Agreement. In case of a dispute between the parties, you agree to binding arbitration in the County of Los Angeles.
